بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم Asalamoalaykum warahmatullah, Could someone please explain the difference between Itqaan and Ihsaan? I'm confused as to how they are viewed in Islam and whether they are different at all. I couldn't find anything on this topic in English. JazakummAllahu khayran. |

ihsaan adds an extra emphasis.
Ihsaan is that you did something perfectly, but when you did it, you did it with some finesse. In other words, you did it to where anyone looking was captivated by its performance. asalamu alaykum

Walaykumasalam warahmatullahi wabarakatuh,
JazakummAllahu khayran brothers. May Allah SWT put barakah in your time and 'ilm.ameen. I heard long time ago that Itqaan is obligatory for a Muslim in all his affairs. I just needed proof and how Itqaan can be practised vs. Ihsaan...just a few examples. Couldn't find anything so far. |
